Rationale 1- Recognizing that bribery and compensation in politics is now illegal.
Rationale 2- Also recognizing that politicians COULD work with enemy regions.
Rationale 3- Remembering to always keep politics in the best interest of the people.

Article 1- Allows the House of Representatives (The People) with two thirds of a majority to subpoena any messages from any government official.
Clause---1. In cases of bribery or assistance to the enemy.

Article 2- Checks and Balances- However if done three times to the same officials and nothing is found, he/ she cannot be subpoenaed for at least two more
weeks.

Article 3- However Government officials who are subpoenaed may file for a Confidential National Security clause- claiming their messages compromise plans of the government regarding national security in which, they will not be subjected to reveal them to the public, however they will be privately revealed to the Supreme Court Justices.

Article 4- Referring to the First Loyalty Act, and this as well- All telegrams subpoenaed will be stored in a data base created under the Central Constabulary Act, and managed by the Attorney General.

Debate is now in session.

Nay

A Tyrannical and ideological driven majority can use these powers to cement their will on any one who opposes them. If this bill is to be passed, there needs to be checks in place to prevent this from happening.

Me? I have no power over the Senate, only the Senate President does. They determine when they debate/vote.
