Debt Arrangement and Pursuing Unpaid Fee's ACT
DAPUF Act

Rationale- Understanding that with a modern economy, states take up debt's from banking institutions.
Rationale 2- Understanding that many will not have the cash on hand to pay these debts back when due.

Article- Give the power of the banks to seize properties, metals, and money in the event of a unpaid debt after the duration to pay the debt has been surpassed.

Representative Moehner, I do not believe that the House has the power to amend Senate legislation that does not pertain to the government roleplay; it can only override presidential vetoes. I believe the only way to amend S.R. 22 at this point would be to withdraw the motion to override the veto and reintroduce the bill in the Senate.

Motion granted; the motion to override the veto is withdrawn and the bill does not pass.
