I'll just do this in one post so that I don't clutter up the feed.

Mr. President, please repeat after me: "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the Allied States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the Allied States."

Mr. Senate President, please repeat after me: "I, New Christland, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the Allied States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

Didn't Moscuro run again? So how can we already have the swearing in?

He did not officially declare his candidacy during the declaration period so he is not able to be a candidate on the ballot.
