Separation of Church and State Amendment; Amendment regarding equal rights.

Amendment to the Constitution. Article I, Section 3.

The following clause is to be added:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or declaring an official state religion, and teaching any religious doctrine in any education program funded by the state is strictly prohibited.

Just an FYI on how the House works, since this is in the House lobby it's at informal debate for as long as you (the sponsor) want it to be. Then, you move to begin formal debate, it will move out of the "House Lobby" forum and into the "Debate" forum where it will be at debate for 12 hours unless a Representative moves to extend debate to 48 hours at which time there will be a 24 hour vote.

There is no public education. We have universities, but they are private.
