So why don't we just name it "Request for business forum". You then state what forum you want and it then develops further. The Justice Department will ensure all business adhere the law - just like police and other law enforcement agencies do in real life.

Hmm, you have a point. "Apply" for business does make it seem a lot more authoritarian than it really is.

And I gladly add that part to my job portfolio as Attorney General. Do we need the Senate to approve this? I doubt it but just checking.

It does sound authoritarian. How about this:

The services offered will go in the subforum description so people know what the Business offers.

Alright, looks good! Does the Senate have to approve this change?

Yes, they do. S.R.12 outlines the categories the application should include. The Senate needs to pass a bill changing that. Maybe that bill can also include that the lawfulness of each business will be supervised by the Justice Department?

Sure. I'll propose an amendment to the bill.

Can one run more than one business?
Actually its none of my business, but I find nothing in passed bills about the case.
I again put an emphasis on the point that the law is not clear enough about the whole treasury act, and it should be refined.
In addition, I think if we permit a citizen to run more than one business NOW, it would be a crowded and maybe cramped market and absolutely not an efficient one. Anyway, I'm an opponent of this...
