The Recruitment Dossier
How is our region doing, overall

Begin of March, 2015

It can be handy, not only for recruitment, but for all parts of government to understand how our region looks like. All regions look the same, but are different behind their facades. It can also be just very interesting to know this.

I would like to say that all the current numbers are not final, this is the starting point for The Recruitment Dossier. My estimate is that I have the first real results in 14 days of observation.

PS: Those who set a Population Goal, have to understand that the current population has to be maintained, more nations means more maintaince. If the population expands, recruiters have to recruit more, but if recruiters do not expand, those same amount of recruiters have to do more to maintain the region at that new level. (just my frustrations :P )

Region Activity

Activity Rate
The Activity Rate is the Rate at which new nations log in on their accounts, all numbers are roughly calculated.

The list is very long, in total 76 nations, have logged in during the last 5 days. Where 42 nations have been active in the last 24 hours, could we get more active nations on our forum?

Our current activity rate is 71.6% of the population, which is good but 1 figure never shows it all.

Activity Rate Picture

Recruitment Rate NEW
The Recruitment Department can proudly announce the first preliminary results for recruitment.

Mister 'I want to be the best' CDLand has recruited many, many nations

In total in just 3 days 8+5+8 = 21 nations have been recruited. Currently the Recruitment Office has set a daily recruitment goal of 2 nations per day. Mister CDland already has recruited almost 4 times the required amount.

At this time the Recruitment Department will not change its recruitment goal of 2 new nations per day. We do not have the intention to increase the total number of nations.

On March 14th we will release a special report for recruitment, we may change the recruitment goal to maintain a stable population

Forum Registration
Upon the removal of the old Welcome Message and the creation of another, there have been some changes in activity.

In the last 5 days, 6 new nations have signed up on the forum, all being recently recruited. The activity of these recently recruited is still fairly low and the communications department should work out a way to get these people active (sooner).

The welcome message is doing its job, now the government has to adept.

Death Rate
The Death Rate is the Rate at which, in general, nations cease to exist. This number can only be roughly calculated, since activity is not constant, but I hope it can give some insights.

The Red Line shows the nations probably to CTE this week (but not the very first one, I just recruited that nation)
The Blue Line shows the nations probably to CTE next week

This Week: (probably) 7
Next Week: (probably) 14 to 11
*Whoops, placed the blue line wrong, 3 nations less

Death Rate is 6.6 per 100 nations or 7% of the current population of 106 nations (3-3-2015)

Death Rate Picture 3-3-2015

I probably will add other figures and numbers in the future.

Senate President
This is a lot of useful information, Director! Thanks for compiling this. As for how to get more people on the forum, perhaps we could work out a personal telegram to send to nations in the region not on the forums.

Yes, but that is the task of the Director of Communications, not mine nor yours. I shall expand this once I have observed this region longer and have found other interesting information. Probably once a month and bi-weekly for recruitment.
