The Recruitment Dossier
How is our region doing, overall

Almost April, 2015

We have seen a massive growth since the last Allied States Dossier begin March. We can now slowly begin to see the effects of the communications department and recruitment department.

I would like to thank all who have joined the recruitment team, you are valuable to our region and continue to be. Hopefully, you will feel proud to contribute to our region in a way that is extremely important.

Now lets see the figures!

Region Activity

Activity Rate
The Activity Rate is the Rate at which new nations log in on their accounts, all numbers are roughly calculated.

The list is very long, in total 115 nations, have logged in during the last 5 days, up from 76 when the last dossier was released (up 39). Where 70 nations have been active in the last 24 hours, up from 42 (up 28)

Our current activity rate is 54.8% of the population, down by 15.8%. The explanation for this is rather simple, we did not have a activity programm with the department of communications. The younger the nations are, the more active they seem to be, which is a good sign.

I have taken the liberty to not make a screenshot for this, not important

Forum Registration

since the last Allied States Dossier, 31 new nations have signed up on the forum, some being recently recruited, others joining a little later. We can clearly see that the more recent someone registered on our forums, the more active that nations has become! With Wildeboden, Prince Isle and Khorzan and luketheduke.

I sense that a buddy programm for the forum would not be such a bad idea. Perhaps we can 'rescue' some souls that still do not know.

Death Rate
The Death Rate is the Rate at which, in general, nations cease to exist. This number can only be roughly calculated, since activity is not constant, but I hope it can give some insights.

The Red Line shows the nations probably to CTE this week
The Blue Line shows the nations probably to CTE next week

This Week: (probably) 15 nations
Next Week: (probably) 31 nations (The Wave)
3rd Week Prognoses: 39 nations (The Wave 2.0)

Death Rate is 4.6 per 100 nations or 10.9% of the current population of 210 nations (25-3-2015), down from 6.6 per 100 nations or 7% of a population of 106 (3-3-2015)
Notification: The percentage is higher because I use a new calculation method that also counts in the nations that are going to die next week.

Thanks for the informative report! Hopefully we'll be able to maintain above 200 in spite of the CTE waves and bring more people to the forums.

I'd encourage everyone to help with the Communications reports by submitting news.

The wave actually isn't as bad as I predicted, my predictions where 50 nations in 3 weeks but now the figure seems to show a more modest and equal amount of nations.

We need to recruit 5 nations per day in the 2nd week and 6 nations per day in the 3rd week.
