The Allied Dossier
How is our region doing, overall

After the wave, 2015

I actually should have called it the april wave. In the future we will see more of these happenings where a lot of nations die if we do not get them active in time. Most of them will not be able to safe anyway but you can always try to safe those few doubting.

Lets see where our region stands after this, has it improved or stagnated. Our recruitment the last few days seems to stagnate. This doesn't necessarily mean that we do not do our jobs right, there are mulitple causes. This is why we add NS information into the Allied Dossier from now on. I also took some other figures which we will track from now on.

Allied Sates
Number of Nations: 210
Number of WA: 45
WA Percentage: 21,5%
Delegate Endorsment Percentage: 45.5%

NS Activity Overall

Total Nation in NS Today (11th of April) : 140.067
Total Regions in NS Today (""): 18.674

Region Activity

Activity Rate
The Activity Rate is the Rate at which new nations log in on their accounts, all numbers are roughly calculated.

The list is very long, in total 119 nations, have logged in during the last 5 days, up from 115 when the last dossier was released (up 4). Where 68 nations have been active in the last 24 hours, down from 70 (down 2)

Our current activity rate is 56.6% of the population, up by 2.2%. We see that our populations activity is stabalizing.

Forum Registration

since the last Allied States Dossier, 15 new nations have signed up on the forum. This is a nice stabalization after the cooldown in recruitment. A smaller amount of nations join our region these days, so we can be proud of this number!

Forum Activity
This is a new figure I will add from now on, looking at the total amount of posts being made on average per day. Our current amount of posts is: 23,732

Next Time I will look how much this number has changed.

NS Classification TOP 5

Death Rate
The Death Rate is the Rate at which, in general, nations cease to exist. This number can only be roughly calculated, since activity is not constant, but I hope it can give some insights.

The Red Line shows the nations probably to CTE this week
The Blue Line shows the nations probably to CTE next week

This Week: (probably) 15 nations
Next Week: (probably) 31 nations

I would like to say that we probably need to let go of the 200 mark and settle with a lower amount of nations for the future. We have grown too hard. I hope we can settle for 170 or 180 nations instead of 200.

The Recruitment Goal will not be modified, it will remain at 4 per day but we can also have 3 nations per day if we let go of the 200 mark.

Well personally I'm quite fond of the 200 mark and we're still above it after the April wave so that 's good. I have definitely noticed a slowdown in recruiting though and even manual recruitment seems to be less effective (I'm getting around 1% conversion when it used to be 2%)

So I think we should do our best to keep >200 but if not then >170, >180 is still very impressive considering we were at 90 just a couple months ago.

Make 'Couple of Months' something like .... 40 -45 days.

There could be a reason for less effective recruitment. If less nations are being created each day as 1 month ago, less chance that nations will be joining. It is just a NS 'law', one that I didn't know for a very long time.

I think we are certainly going to dive under 200 in the coming 2 weeks but that isn't important. More Important now is to keep the activity.

I have some plans I really, really want to push through in Buxton, so...

Well not so much like march anymore. I am planning to take in this opportunity of a low number of WA nations to get stamps and try to get a sudden jump in numbers.
