REALIZING: abuse of power is bad.

Article 1
Section 1. All States must hold elections for governor.
Section 2. These elections must be held at the end of terms.
Section 3. These terms shall be decided by the States.
Section 4. The terms must be at least 1 month, but cannot exceed 3 months.

This bill would create some 'democratization' in the states but that still doesn't mean problems may arrise.

I also would like to see different states, like a real democracy, dictatorship, and all we can think about. I do not know how I would vote on this bill yet.
