So, I proposed a Semi-Presidential system for TAS

The President
- Would become WA Delegate, maintain WFE, flag, embassies
- He is chosen by the citizens for a period of 2 months
- Limited to 3 consecutive terms
- He cannot fall like the rest of the cabinet
- He takes the roles of VP on him as well.

The Prime Minister
- Political Figure of TAS
- Does what president do now

Internal and Foreign remain practically the same

Communications
- Responsible for writing: Welcome Telegram, Foreign Dispatch, ARR, etc
- Responsible for the development of APNC
- Perhaps some Role Play as well??

This is my general idea of a Semi-Presidential Government for TAS.
Functions:
- Director of Recruitment (March-April 2015)
- Director of Communications (March 2015)
- Secretary of Foreign Affairs (April-May 2015)
- Owner of: Allied Public News Corporation, Rhein Industries and EasyBank

I love it, this would have to be done in the formal of formal constitutional rearrangements, amendments and repeals.
