If you wanted to bolster your case against the West, you might want to add to the Due Process Amendment (http://w11.zetaboards.com/Allied_States_Forum/topic/11029324/2/#new) something like: "nor deny to any citizen within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." |

Also perhaps we should try to pass something like a "freedom of contract" |

It would extend equal protection of the laws to states. Freedom of contract would just mean that the government can't interfere in the making of and execution of contracts between private citizens and businesses (except to adjudicate disputes) |

What are platform is looking like for July: Restricting Admins Freedom Contract Stock Exchange TAS & TAR economic conference New RP that money is required in (personal RP that was from awhile ago, but revamped a bit?) Correcting and tweaking the Court system and have requirements to be a justice (lessen the burden on the Supreme Court) CW3 with benefits for winning and grants Military benefits to increase war activity any other recommendations or tweaks to our platform? |

I actually had an idea for an RP similar to the space RP you set up where there would be fewer resources (just energy and building materials for ships). Then you can pay to advance yourself technologically which opens up new technologies. For example, maybe we have the rule "2 years = 1 AD" and then set up a system where 2050 gets you nuclear fusion, 2100 gets you nuclear pulse propulsion, 2200 gets you matter-antimatter propulsion, 2300 gets you the ability to travel at c, etc. The faster you can go the farther out in the universe you can colonize. Space war could be done through weapons systems like nuclear weaponry, laser weapons, and projectile weapons where the higher your technology "year" is, the more energy you can generate for your weapons. |
