Article I section I of the constitution should be amended to the following:

"All citizens should be treated as equals by the Citizens, the Laws or the Government of the Allied States regardless of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability, except to improve the current state of those disadvantaged."

Look, I am never the one to write legislation, I am never the one to write any stuff, but what I want is that all should be considered by their values, skills, morals and etc. before any pre-existing barrier like gender and race. For example, a woman can serve in a draft and military if she is clearly as capable as a man, and a person should not look at a muslim as a terrorist just because he is muslim, because this is an issue, whether we like it or not.

What should we do about that then?

There's already a bill to address women in the military. Another bill can be introduced prohibiting profiling of Muslims at airports (though frankly I'm not sure it would be wise to do so) and such. But it's impossible to have an amendment as broad as this without wide ranging side effects.
