Article I:
Section I:
Clause A. In order to have a fair Democracy that accurately represents the people, elections must be fair.
Clause B. Recognizing that in order to have fair elections you can't have companies donating unlimited money, in campaign contributions.
Clause C. Further Recognizing that elections should be a fair exchange of ideas, and not just the ideas of the corporate backers.
Clause D. This act will place a cap on the amount of money any citizen will give to any campaign for a federal election, to $100
Clause E. Every Candidate will receive an equal starting amount from the government equal to twice the maximum donation, or $200 whichever one is higher.

Section II.
Clause A. Corporations are not people or private citizens, they are private or public organizations, like unions, charities and churches.
Clause B. No company or organization can donate to a candidate's campaign.
Clause C. They can only donate to a single issue PAC that has no ties to any candidate beyond agreeing on an issue.
