Anti-Western Reset Act Article I: Section 1: All Western Laws shall stay intact during the Merge. Section 2: The New Government Constitution shall stay intact. Article II Section 1: A western code of law shall be produced to easier access laws on the TAR forum.
State Anthem Act Article I: Section 1: The DPRW will adopt 'No Motherland Without You" (Talking about Pletamia rather than Kim Jong-Il) as the state's official anthem Article II Section 1: All schools must start with playing the State Anthem Section 2: The State Anthem may be played on public loudspeakers if no important news must be shared with the public. Section 3: The State Anthems of the Northeast and Buxton are to played at least once a day.
School Reform Act Article I: Section 1: A DPRW Flag is to hang in every School room and hallway. Section 2: The students shall pledge their lives to the state every morning. Section 3: The students shall pledge allegiance to the Allied States every morning Article II: Section 1: a portrait of Pletamia will hang in every classroom and every school hallway Section 2: a portrait of the Senator of the West will hang to the left of the Pletamia portrait. Section 3: A portrait of General Wildeboden shall hang to the right of the Pletamia portriat.
Education Standards Act Article 1: Section 1: Students in grades first to fifth, will learn basic mathematics, sciences, history, and Langue arts. Section 2: From sixth grade onward, advanced math, science, and Literature classes will be offered but not mandatory. Section 3: Mandatory classes for sixth or higher grade students will include first aid and basic medical care, Current events, political and economic studies, and logic and reasoning classes.
Identification Act Article I: Section 1: All citizens of the DPRW are to be issued 20 number ID cards. Article II: Section 1: All purchases are to be accompanied by the showing of the ID card. Section 2: ID cards are to be shown at registered checkpoints on roads and at airports Article III: Section 1: Punishment for failing to register an ID card is public flogging Article IV: Section 1: Non-Westerners may retrieve temporary ID cards at customs office in any national or international airport.
Fence Cutter Act Article I: Section 1: All citizens of counties that border Buxton shall be given a pair of rubber handled fence cutters and be educated in how to safely and properly use them Article II: Section 1: The punishment for breaking and entering shall be raised to being hung, drawn, and quartered. Protection from the Skies Act Article 1: Section 1: Bunkers from bombings and nuclear strikes are to be built in major population centers and Places of Strategic Importance to minimalize casualties. Section 2: Anti-Air defenses shall be built in major population centers and places of Strategic importance
Redemption Act Article 1 Section 1. All Deceased Criminals shall be placed in coffins. Section 2. All coffins are to be buried vertically. Section 3. All coffin tops are to have mines. Section 4. These coffins shall be buried at the borderline between the South and the West.
Small Steps Forward Act Article 1: Section 1: To prevent crime from occurring the government shall increase funding for education. Section 2: To Further prevent crime, the police force will also be better funded. Section 3: To prevent unnecessary injuries to our officers or Citizens, police officers will be required to wear body cameras and shock wristbands at all times.
Western Security Agency Act Article I: Section 1: The Western Security Agency is to be created. Section 2: The WSA is to protect the West from spies and terrorists. Article II: Section 1: WSA agents are to be armed with pistols, tazers, night sticks, imperial assault rifles, and Kevlar armor. Article III: Section 1: WSA agents are to wear an unspecified amount of bugs Section 2: Tampering with tapes entitles Immediate Arrest Article IV: Section 1: Wildeboden is director of the WSA
Monarchy Strengthen and Defense Act Article I: Section 1: The Monarch of the West may change and edit the Constitution of the DPRW at any point. Article II: Section 1: A new password protected sub-forum is to be created called "Defense Committee" and made up of all the people who have donated over 75% of their troops and equipment to the state. Section 2: The Defense Committee may overrule the Monarchs call for war and may approve treaties with other states.
Western Forum Act Article I: Section 1: The sub-folders of Role play and Market are to be put into the Archive Folder. Section 2: The sub-folders Proposals and Videos in the Ministry of Media folder are to be sent to Archives. Article II: Section 1: In an effort to revive the Ministry of Media, a new article shall be released every Friday if able about events inside the DPRW.
State Climate Action Act Section 1. The Governor and the State Parliament are authorized and directed to conduct negotiations on carbon emissions with major polluters. Section 2. Industrial plants, factories, and oil producers shall be subject to pay such fine that the DOI deems necessary per ton of carbon dioxide emitted in order to meet the following targets: 2025: 20% below 1990 levels 2040: 40% below 1990 levels 2050: 60% below 1990 levels Such fee may not exceed $100 per ton of carbon. Section 3. Carbon emissions resulting from the use of electricity and automobiles shall be taxed as follows: 1. Electricity generation from the use of coal and other fossil fuels shall be taxed at the rate of $10 per 500 kwh. 2. Carbon emissions from the use of oil in automobiles shall be taxed at the rate of $.50 per gallon. Notes: DOI is Department of Interior(See Interior Amendment), Used with CDLand's and ILTrains' permission.
Gun Restriction Act Article I: Section 1: All civilians are forbidden to own or use a gun without proper government authority. Section 2: To obtain a gun licence a person must have a spotless criminal history, make a 130 or higher on an IQ test, have at least a bachelor's degree, and sign away complete loyalty to the State. Article II: Section 1: If a civilian is caught with ownership of a gun, the punishment may range from 45 lashes and having their trigger finger cut off to being hung, drawn, and quartered. Section 2: Faking a Gun Licence is punishable by death and a turn over of all your assets to the State Government.
5 Year Plan Act Article 1: Section 1: All businesses in the West will be nationalized, and they will be owned and run by the state. Section 2: Every week, a State budget will be voted upon in the State Parliament concerning what the economic focus should be. Section 3: The State will open several new businesses in the Market, based on what the SP wants. Section 4: Everyone is to pay a tax in resources. What these taxes will be will be decided every week by the State Parliament.
Governor Addressment Act Article I Section 1: In formal settings western citizens are obligated to address the Governor as Monarch or My Lord, i.e Monarch Pletamia Section 2: In formal settings non-western citizens are encouraged to address the Governor as His Excellency, Governor for Life, Commander of the Armed Forces Pletamia, Ruler of the Animals of the Land and Fishes of the Seas, Conqueror of Capitalism in the Allied States in General and in the West in Particular.
Draconian Law Act Article I Section 1: The Democratic Peoples Republic of the West will adopt a system of Draconian Laws emphasizing deterrent rather than rehabilitation. Article II Section 1: All people found guilty of theft will get a number of lashings equal to 1.3 of the items worth. (John steals $40 he gets 52 lashings) Section 2: Lashings are to be given 25 at a time once a week in public. Section 3: The result of any violent crime shall be death (Hang draw and quarter them)

Riots Act Article I: Section 1: If a riot starts up, rioters are given a 10 minute warning by the police force to disperse. Section 2: After the 10 minutes is up, the police force is authorized to use lethal force. Article II: Section 1: Any media outlet viewed as stirring up the public may be banned.
Bourgeoisie Limitation Act Article 1: Section 1: A Chief Officer of a company may only receive 10x the average amount of wage for the company Section 2: No bonuses may be allowed that push beyond the 10x limit barrier Article 2: Section 1: The penalty for breaking the wage barrier is death, and the corporation will be turned over to the government.
Monarchy Act Officially recognizing Pletamia as constitutional monarch of the DPRW Officially recognizing the Pletamian Dynasty which future Governors will be adopted into.
Article I Section 1: Pletamia may either be addressed as Governor, King, Monarch, or The Honorable.
Death Penalty Act Article I: Section 1: When a defendant is sentenced to death, the person has 3 hours to make amends before a Court Marshall shoots him outside the courthouse. Section 2: This time maybe extended to upto 48 hours for religious/family purposes or for the purpose of processing an appeal. Section 3: Up to two appeals may be made.
State of Emergency Act Article 1 Section 1: The Governor may declare a State of Emergency. Section 2: The state of Emergency will grant the Governor absolute power for the duration of the crisis. Section 3: The state of emergency is to be used for emergency use ONLY. Section 4: The Emergency can be repealed by parliament with a 2/3 majority vote. Section 5: The State of Emergency must be renewed every month with parliament approval.
Bribery Act Article 1 Section 1: 2 dollars will be given to any new member that registers with the west.
State Healthcare Act Article 1 Section 1: The West Treasury will pay for all medical bills in the Democratic Republic of the West.
Vaccination Requirement Act Article 1. Section 1. The following vaccines are hereby mandatory for all children born in the Democratic Republic of the West or residing in the Democratic Republic of the West: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Measles, and Polio.
Section 2. Vaccines shall be provided free of charge to parents below the poverty line.
Section 3. 1. Parents who do not have their children vaccinated shall be subject to a $10,000 fine. 2. The Governor shall have the authority to force compliance through the state police or National Guard.
Ministry of Media Accountability Act Article 1.
Section 1. The Ministry of Media shall be only for news reporting purposes.
Section 2. All articles published by the MOM must be neutral and provide reasonable evidence for its statements and claims.
Section 3. The state cannot knowingly use the MOM to make statements that would influence the economy, legislative process, or judicial system, no matter how true the statement.
Section 4. If 2/3rds of the people find that the current Minister of the MOM is unaccountable, untrustworthy, publishing propoganda, etc, the governor must appoint a new minister for the MOM.
Native Language Act Article I Section 1: Countries and their citizens are now to be refereed to as their native languages (Ex: Germany is now "Deutschland" and it's people are now "Deutschen", Spain is now "España" and it's people "español")
Multiple Offices Act Article I Section 1: Citizens may run for multiple offices.
Trevor Washington Act Article I. Restrictions
Section 1. Security Guards at all high schools in the Democratic Republic of the West may continue to carry firearms if approved by the School Board of their high school. Section 2. Security Guards at all high schools may not use their firearm unless their life is in immediate danger due to the presence of a deadly weapon. Section 3. Upon approval by the School Board of individual high schools, security guards may carry such instruments as pepper spray, tasers, and batons. This allows for reactionary measures that are less lethal yet still effective.
Women's Choice Act Article I. Legalization
Section 1. All women within the Democratic Republic of the West have the right to choose whether or not to have an abortion. Section 2. Abortions after 24 weeks are considered Late-Term and are illegal. Section 3. Due to the nature of this bill, the Abortion Act is hereby repealed. Section 4. The Democratic Republic of the West condones the act of providing abortions for women from out of state.
Article II. Funding
Section 1. The government of the Democratic Republic of the West will only fund abortions if the mothers life is at risk. Section 2. Individual governments have a responsibility to make contraceptives legal and available for all women and men.
Service and Gay Marriage Act Article I. Denial
Section 1: No one shall deny service to anyone because of their Sexual Orientation.
Article II. Allowance
Section 1: A person shall be allowed to marry a person of the same gender.
Environmental Restrictions Act Article I. Purpose Section 1: The Parliament recognizes that tougher environmental regulations are needed.
Article II. Oil Regulations Section 1: There shall be no more then 3 oil drills per state in the Democratic Republic of the West. Section 2: The placing of more then 1 oil drill in the water per state in the Democratic Republic of the West is strictly forbidden. Section 3: The Department of the Interior shall ensure companies follow these policies.
Article III. CO2 Regulations Section 1: The Department of the Interior shall fund Ethanol, Bio fuel, and Hydrogen fuel. Section 2: Companies shall not exceed the limit of 500 ppm. Section 3: Cars shall also not be able to exceed the limit of 500 ppm. Section 4: The Department of Interior shall ensure companies follow these policies.
Ministry of Media Act Article I Section 1: The MOM will produce articles for both news reporting and propaganda purposes.
