To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

This is another forgotten gem. Often over shadowed by it’s bigger brother, the 70-210 f4. I prefer this one for it’s compact size, and focusing speed.

This is one of the few old Minolta lens that are still selling at a very attractive pricing..
The lens is sharp and small for the 200mm range (a good lens to bring along during traveling).

I sold my copy after I purchased the KM 100-300mm f4.5-5.6 APO D version.

Thi slens is really handy and great for travelling if you want ot take shots of subject more than 2m hehehehe....its 2m minimum focus distance is the key factor that is of a little disadvantage.
