Thanx for the advice bro.. Desperate time calls for desperate measures.. haha.. I very dry liao... hmmz.. was looking at something like this http://www.diyphotography.net/super_easy_h...-backdrop_stand anyway the only models will be my family members ..so drop also nevermind.. $35 sounds quite reasonable... but my mum probably won't allow me to drill holes into the wall.. haha.. anyway the paper holders at $80 a pair is it the same as the one from pq23? He has his wall mount bracket with 3 pairs of holder at $105... You might want to check it out if its cheaper... http://store.tagotech.com/product_info.php...products_id=126 he also has this backdrop stand with the paper holder at $155 http://store.tagotech.com/product_info.php...a018fa9549c4251 I would have gotten this one if i had the budget.. |

a word of warning. If you are going for 2m+ wide paper backdrop, use a aluminium insert with Manfrotto 046 EXPAN set (those insert with chain thingy). Otherwise, you will have a bow on the paper backdrop and the next thing you will have is the "wrinkle" mark running right in the middle of the whole roll and it is as good as not having them. It is still better to go for Muslin type backdrop as it is more versatile. Regards, Hart |
