bro, seriously, do the DIY thing, its a LOT cheaper and achieves the same result. stop dreaming of that twin flash, its not worth the money.

i don't have that but have the ring flash if you want to try it, but i'd diy the twin reflectors - if only i had time. try styrofoam first, easier to model and test/ fine-tune, then use firmer plastic or hard foam boards and you'll have a unique and cheap macro set up that works great. who knows, that might even be marketable and set a new industry standard! ;)

Yeah lo , i always drooling for that Twin Flash ... Maybe not because to use it , but for the funny looking built  .

I still working out on the Mini Twin Reflectors , it could work fine if someone can hold it for me . Otherwise when doing solo , have to find a way to fix it onto the flash .

with some velcro tape (new method to tie cables instead of old plastic cable ties that are not reuseable) you can secure that set up onto the lens barrel.

Bring your Macro lens and personal spider to Sony Gallery and ask to try that twin flash!

i was just thinking abt that a min ago. i think the whole set up shd sit on the lens (attached with velcro - easy to mount/ dismount). right now i am thinking of using a curved piece of material (facing flash) but slanted downwards. then the two are lower and angled toward the centre of the lens.

sorry, a little hard to describe in words. let me try to draw it out and email to you and you can pot it here (i can't access some sites fm office).

if you look from the top of the flash, the centre piece will be U-shape so it throws the light backward and to the side (kill your friends standing on yr left and right  ) but angled downwards towards the two reflectors, also U-shaped to catch and throw the light forward.
