Actually I have good habit of taking out flash batteries after each use.

It's just this one particular shoot, I forgot.. what an expensive mistake..

Maybe rechargeable is a good choice.. Try eneloop?

Sanyo Enelope do not have 2700mah at that time i bought . now don't know have or not ... All my batts are 2700mah , can last longer . :P

PowerX & Sanyo are good . But try not to get Powerone ... I have 8 pcs , stop some time no use , the power will like leaked ... When used , very fast finished . Unless you charge it full to use for the next day .

I have 2 dozens of Sonys 2500mah and Sanyo 2500mah/2700mah from my Sony H1 days.. They leaked power.. I was fed up and refused to touch them. That's why I switched to alkaline.. A change of mind now?

Alkaline batts get heat up very very fast & their 'Refresh' <<< am i right ? , is quite slow compared to rechargeable batteries . , well , this is my experience on my F56 .

Yeah refresh rate is right. I have not issue with refresh rate because I have an external battery pack to complement if need to.

Hmm.. I think I get all the old batts out and recharge and see if still useable. Anyone knows where to find battery tester? One to see if strength of batttery is full half used or empty? I used to have one ...
