Doesn't work...

5400 is an old technology flash.... when its mount on 7D, already lose the TTL... not to say to activate the 5600 using wireless..
Everyone know how to take sharp photos with good lens, but do u know how to take good blur photos with fantastic lens?

Correct me if I am wrong...

The Wireless Flash controller not compatible with new Digital flash..

The followings ways can use both Flash 5400HS & 5600HS together.

Setup 1 (With 5600HS mounted on camera)
Use "Minolta Cable CD/Sony FA-MC1AM" connect to 5600HS cable socket and connect "Minolta OS-1100/Sony FA-CS1AM" with 5400HS on it.

Setup 2 (Both flash off the camera)
Use "Minolta OC-1100/Sony FA-CC1AM" to connect to camera, and the other end connect to a Triple Connector "Minolta TC-1000/Sony FA-TC1AM" and from this connector use "Minolta Cable EX/Sony FA-EC1AM" to 5600HS and another "Minolta Cable EX/Sony FA-EC1AM" with "Minolta OS-1100/Sony FA-CS1AM" for 5400HS.

Setup 3 (Wireless off camera)
Use setup 1 trigger 5600HS with wireless, 5400HS will be triggered same way in setup 1.

Setup 4 (wireless radio)
Use 3rd party transmitter mounted on camera, and receiver mounted on both flashes. Will need Minolta FS-1200. cjng & foxcorn have tested this method.
3rd party flash mount uses iso flash that's why you need FS1200 to adapt to Minolta/Sony flash mount. There are 3rd party FS1200 which are cheaper. No Sony version.

For an idea of these

Can't find picture yet. It looks like Cable CD/FA-MC1AM. Just the connector one male and one female.
