*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

I'm still looking for one...

Looks like 85G price going up soon !!!

Good time to hit ebay again with US$ dropping......

You go for it ba , now the price for it is up up up to about SGD$1800 for a G (D) ... I would not say i will not get one now for i do not think i need it , but in time to come ... :P

So don't worry lor , the whole Minolta 85mm G in ebay is yours to bid ! :D

Just to add a note here.

CZ and G are two lenses that have quite distinctive characteristics themselves.

IMHO, one can have a good feel of the difference by the sample pics on dyxum.
The difference in feel is there.

How about having an outing to compare the various versions of 85mm?
Model or not is secondary. Try to make sure all settings and the environment lighting are exactly the same. Then can walkabout to take various objects.
