Hi all,

Thanks so much for all the tips.
I am getting better pics now.
Let me sum up the fundamental tips:
- get shutter speed = 1/FL or faster
- get more light source if possible
- avoid too shallow dof, don't move backward/forward after focusing
- focus on the eyes

Hopefully this can benefit other newbie as well.
Thanks again.

there is another thing which is very important for portrait work is the feel and mood.

Those suggestion are basically technical stuff, you need to go beyond that and shoot what matters to you heart.
