I saw tripod on sony counter, looks like they have remote embedded, is that is the shutter release? Here i check from the web, but i dont understand that their tripod don't have compability with sony alpha. http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores...&accessory=true |

Hi groovinZhou , i suggest it best to avoid buying any lenses that are said to have fungus or haze ... You can start of with a normal tripod , those sony tripods are meant for Sony PNS & Prosumers cameras or Video Cameras . The Remote on the handle can be used to do Zooms & Timers for the camera . I have one too with Remote , VCT-D680RM , you interested ? can have a look at mine first before you go plunging into one . Oh , forgot to add ... Get other Tripods better . There are many types of tripods in the Market . For Shuttle Release , you can get a seperate one . You can also look at This One selling at our B&S by Bro Danie . |

Question: Should I get a flash first or a good Portrait Lens First? Sony 50mm wif F1.4 was my target. But i'm also looking at Flash for indoor shots. Sometimes it happens and i can't avoid it, sux to take shots indoor w/o a proper flash coz it ends up bad Oh, Anyone here got a guide on flash photograhpy? I'm sharpening my techniques.. (I think got improve .. A bit?) But if you were me would you get a flash first and work wif current lens or get a new lens to improve portrait shots Coz i think if i ever wan to get some portrait shots in sg , most of them are indoor when they are excessively dress or smth like that... very rarely outdoor.. And.... Any recommendation for flash? My budget is ard 200 odd and looking for a flash where i can adjust where the flash will shoot. |

That Manfrotto 715B can last you for many years . My favourite lens ah ? I loved them all , but most useful ones are my 2 Macro Lenses , 16-80mm & the Beercan . The rest are sleeping in the fridge ...
