Wah , 500mm very hard to tame ah ... You see until now i also never want to buy that 500mm thing ... When is it ? You can use my 300mm ... But i do not anymore TC ...  :P

When is it ? I want to go try shooting this also leh , never shoot water sports before . Last year have event at East Coast but i too busy to go .

hi,

why 500mm hard to tame? just point and shoot right?

or need to use tripod?

i have confirm with him yet.. if you wanna go, i contact you again.. most probably it will be in the afternoon around 3-4pm... not so hot.. at east coast sailing centre.. then can have dinner at the food centre..

500mm is harder to AF as it is at f8 when wide open, thus 300mm from ming is a better choice, or maybe 70-300/beercan is already good enough if it is bright day.

yup yup... bro hart 600mm is :bava: will be able see your friend sweat!!

For distance of 30m, I think between 200 to 300mm should be enough for both the surfer & board, plus some background.

> 300mm for tighter crop.
