Cute little girl, finger and toes too! Good capture, clear and and sharp despite indoor lighting (no flash, I assume). Care to share lens used, aperture and shutter speed settings? Thanks! |

This baby shot is not easy (for sure parents out there can relate). At F2, still have to raise ISO to 800. But alas 1/40 seconds shutter speed is not enough for my 1.6 years old toddler. She just won't stay put, always on the move, shaking her head, run to and fro, etc... Auto focus has to catch up too. A wider aperture will mean a very shallow DOF. That itself becomes a problem too. Must bring in more light in the room. Is there a super bright bulb out there that can brighten up the room like flash or daylight? |

I know what u mean Nat, When I first got my camera everything is blur. No matter what angle I took and how many times I took they were all blur. They just wont stop moving. I found out that a good time to shoot is when they are so engaged with the TV show. That's when I practice my shots with my baby. I am not sure about the lighting..Maybe the masters here can answer your question. Cthep2: Thanks. for this shot I used A700. Only recently I got my A300 lim ed. Ming: THanks to you too ![]() |
