Ok...here are the results on the first round of testing of this Tokina lens..(low light)

Feel of len: sturdy, on the heavy side,..

Color: VERY unique kinda color, saturated and dark. kopi gao gao
Reminded me of how leica got its color, v lens got its diff color, this is another unique character one..

Sharpness: Again, unique..hard to describe..smooth sharp smooth sharp, not the piercing sharp type. Sweet spot at F4-f5,6.

Bokeh: Creamiest depth of field i have ever seen on a 28-70mm. Very creamy and flowy at f2,8.

Minimal focusing dist 0.7m

THIS LENS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, u either like it or u hate it. Very unique character...needs to be tamed.
Must get to know it well to use it well....my feel n opinion...!

Will do more testing today in brighter light...

This is the yellow ring, more recent design, very good optical performance, up for a good lens!
