*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

So long never shoot nature photos and log in here....busy with work recently.

I just took some fresh air outside last weekend and had this shot. It took me about 2 hours to wait and obtained this flying fish photo. No kidding.

Its really hard to shoot because
1) I don know when the fish will jump
2) I don know where the fish will jump
3) Fish jump up at super high speed and manual focus must be fast enough to nail it down.
4) I cannot pose the fish

Camera : Sony alpha 700
Lense : 500mm Reflex lense (manual focus as i don have SSM lense)

wah how big is this fish? 10cm?

i think even SSM lens also will face difficulties in this shot! great!! :fbounce:

The length is around there. Its not easy to shoot in fact. It jump up at high speed, must click the shutter and twist the focus ring very very fast....
