When I started photography (as a hobby), I wouldn't ever dream of having a CZ or G lens. I got the first 16-80 which serves me well to replace my kit lens. Since then, I have been very attracted to CZ 24-70 but the price tag is quite apprehensive.

My encounter with G lens started with the most affordable of all G lens, 70-300 G SSM. It s a good one, although overlaps with my beercan. The second one is 35mm G so that my wife can take a better portraits pictures in more limited space. It's also an encouragement for her to further her progress.

Of course, it is at the expense of the lenses that I wanted to get. We have been very happy with lens so far. It was fast, quick, brighter than 50mm at the same settings.

I am glad she liked it :)
