i doubt so.... the flash in manual mode will revert automatically back to auto/ttl mode once attached back to the camera body in priority mode when using my a700
not sure will it be the same for a350

That exactly is what happened to my F56AM when coupled to an A mode A700, it jumps from M mode back to TTL.

Just not sure if it works with the A350... maybe we can try - if someone has a a350, I've got a F56AM - it could be an oversight by the engineers that the A350 failed to lock the F56AM's flash into TTL mode with it's on Aperture priority mode, and this so called - solution could be gone by the next A350 Firmware upgrade... :notmyday:

tried... works with KM5600HSD with a300..

In A-mode, the lcd remains the same brightness no matter what aperture size i set.. the only thing is shutter speed remained at 1/60s..

:)
Looks like I have to update what I said in a CS thread.. haha

After you attached the F56 flash to your A700, you can change the flash mode to manual via "MODE". Works in M and priority mode.
