To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

Hey Ming, this was the dragonfly's color. I only adjusted the white balance as there was a blue cast initially.

Thanks. I had my flashes ready for this shot but i didn't use it as I didn't want to have any hot spots in the eyes. Dragonfly eyes can be a real $%#^# to shoot. I waited till the ambient light wasn't overly bright (not hot spots due to the sun) and yet not overly dark (was shooting at F16).

The shutter speed for this guy was 1/10. Entire settings for all my shots can be found in my webbie. You will definitely need a tripod if you want to shoot it this way. Its also quite frustrating as you have to wait for the wind to stop and the insect to stop moving. Even worst, a700 mirror lockup is done with a 2 sec timer.
