Equipment Type: Lens
Brand: Minolta
Model: 135mm f2.8

Price (S$): BNP $450

Description:

Selling this lens on behalf of a friend.

The front element is clean and without scratches. There are some specs of dust present inside the lens. The aperture is clean and without oil. However, there is a circular scratch mark on the rear element.

Tested the lens myself, doesn’t seems to affect the image quality maybe due to the APS-C crop.

So, this is not for the fussy. ;)

I've tested the lens and it seems to be working fine and hence, the asking price.

Attached two photo at f2.8. Photo straight from camera.

Price slightly negotiable.

You may test out the lens, no obligation. :)

Hi Clem...

Just checking if the scratch is a physical scratch or a rubbing mark with the multicoat scrapped off. It looks like the user might have tried attaching a teleconverter on this lens.

I'm quite interested in this lens too.

Effects of a physical scratch may be verified by taking a f22 (smallest aperture shot of a flat white surface). Treating it like a dust on rear element, if its bad then it might show up as line.

Hi Sulhan,

The marks does look like rubbing mark most probably caused by an APO tele-converter.

Attached three test photos as I have my camera with me today.

All three shots are aimed at the white portion of my computer monitor.

First one at f22, out of focus.

Second one at f22 in focus.

Third one at f2.8 in focus.

With or without scratches, this lens is a gem and a must have in your Minolta collection. I love mine for its compact size and amazing bokeh. Upz for you Clem!
