I guess we are basically a smaller group to begin with. So Alpha users tends to be friendly when they see another same user. I remembered my and Richard were with eow at Central when both of us see an Alpha user, we smile to him. We were both having our A700 and wearing our fourm/SDW polo-T. He was with his family. He walked up to us and we started talking about Alpha. He even asked if we are from SONY. I guess wearing our forum/SDW polo-T can do advert as well. BTW, he is from Straits Times. That's how friendly we can be. That special bonding even though we do not know each other. I guess the Cannibar Ring do have a magic, an orange-colour ring that bond us together worldwide. |

Yes, I remember. I'm not referring to Alpha DSLR. Its' another DSLR brand (valued < $1K) and a kit lens. Same brand as the camera of those guys who passed by. I got no space in my bag so had to sling the camera on my shoulder. I think it would be a different story if it's an Alpha and the guys who passed by are Alpha users. I agree with Zack... I sent David a hopeless case of a lens to rescue... He tried but when he cannot do the impossible, he just returned the lens... No charge! Honourable Man! Hey David! Welcome! Welcome! |
