To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

Watching tv news, one official photographer fainted during the KPE jogging event, in critical condition now!

Sorry of giving wrong info, lucky he is in better situation than I reported.

"in critical condition at the Changi General Hospital."

I thought he's still alive but in critical condition in the hospital.

according to the news he was resuscitated and in critical condition. i watched the news in disbelief, not that this could happen but that the organisers would let ppl test the tunnel. whats the deal with s'pore? when we opened the 2nd link we also had ppl running on it, the mrt, thousands of nsf were used as "guinea pigs" to test it. i irks me to think somehow lives are not valued over our infrastructure. :(

NSFs are free labour loh... the reason to make them run is IPPT.

my time we were made to do area cleaning in reservoirs.
