*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

You'd notice that a lot of people are carrying Sony DSLRs. I guess, gone now, are the days where the A mount are the under dogs in the number of users...

Yesterday at SIN, I talked to one of them as well, and i noticed a lot of a mount cameras, almost to the point that it's becoming equal in sheer numbers when compared to Canon and Nikon... and way ahead of Pentax and Olympus.



At the end of the day, technical merits of the camera aside, you would just have to sit down and marvel at the marketing machinery of Sony, they have done something KM (who ended up wrapping up their DSLR business because of that) wasn't able to achieve - sales, an tons of sales... :jaw-drop:



Now let's hope that Sony's engineering machina can start churning out... ahem ahem, more STF lenses... If they have a 35mm, 50mm or 85mm STF, there's a high chance I'd buy it... :P
