hmm... now that you mention it, i recall seeing these in sls - cassette tape shell with some circuitry and a line out to a mini-RCA jack. dunno abt Ming's taxi bu many vehicles these days come w/o cassette tape decks ;)
haha.. hopefully his taxi is "old" enough to have it! :D
Sony a55V || Sony DT 16-105mm F3.5-5.6 || Minolta 28mm F2.8 || Minolta 50mm F1.4 || Minolta Beercan 70-210mm F4 || Sony Flash HVL-F42AM

cassette tapes... that's something that i've not seen in spore for at least the past 10 years.

:whistle:

i doubt the taxi would have a casette tape player..
it's a new skoda cab right?

i think the best and least hassle method would be the FM transmitter plus charger option.
No additional wiring, easy to setup, easy to remove.
It's easier if Ming has to pass the cab to relief or replace the cab in the future.
Just need a radio player in the cab.

get the fm transmitter instead. u can use it on any radio u can find. if u wanna use it just for car, can get one that comes with a charger that plugs into ur car cigarette lighter. i am using one in my lao kok kok car in aussie and it works very well.

Hi Guys ! Thanks for the inputs !

I had used the cheapo Cassette thing last time around 1992 . I bought it to play the Minidisc & its good . But now , in the car only got a CD Player , and it had come to my mind is there a 'Disc with a Wire' ... ? :sweat: :banghead:

After reading for a while , i think i will go get the FM Transmitter for a try , because all it need is a cigarette power & its ready to use . I needed some musics of my choice during my break times outside to relax a bit . And it will be easier to take away if i am changing taxi .

How much is it in Singapore ... ? :sweat: Any recommended brand ? And originals from ipod ?

20 + - for one. i got it at ebay for less than 20 i think... for a cheapo brand that works just as well. just take note that i think, if i am not wrong, those that uses cigarette power can only be used when there is cigarette power socket to use. without that power, it wont work at all, i.e. at home. unless u go get a power converter for that. haha.
other brands like belkin should hv. but of course, its pricier. to me, a cheapo brand will work fine as long as the built quality isn't that bad.
