To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

bro zamri, i observed the moon was covered about a third on sat night - is this the same to expect?

Problem is this one is not birds haha.. dunno can sustain 4hrs of passerby's stare.. I think I going to look for a secluded spot in open field.. with picnic chair and stuff..

will be trying out scope as well..

Nope, mostly 3/4 of the moon is effected. As bro Tankm said the best time is around 10.30pm.

My gear quite heavy and big.. doubt they can run away fast haha... Anyway, if I middle of the field anyone come close, I would have get ready my tripod on stand by..

Back safe and sound.. Was at the open field. Cool breezy. At one point, 6 workers came and sat a distance away to chat.. Pretty uncomfortable.. cannot concentrate.. So I moved another 20m away haha...

Yeah underexpose a bit you can see the bottom left dark..
