*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

Same here, LR also. But I use PS CS3 after exporting from LR. . .

i use ACDsee. batch resize, batch rename, u can do alot using ACDsee

The thing to watch out for in the software that does image resizing is the interpolation algorithm use for resizing. Some algorithms are fast but caused bad artifact in the final picture. For downsizing I use "Bicubic" available in PS and Faststone Image Viewer.

Try Email trigger on Alphadslr. To setup ...
- In preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and set Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email".
- For tracking individual thread, click on "Track Topic" at bottom page when viewing the thread.

I am using ACD for many years & i still like it a lot . Though sometimes i use Picasa as well ...

But from here , i come to know that there so many softwares that can be used to do resize ! :roll:

very useful info bro. So sometimes change the settings of the software that we are using can also produce better pics.

Nope, I customized my XP installation CD and included Image Resizer. :P
