should be v4 now
the improvements are as below
The choice to select auto exposure bracketing (single & continuous) with 3 shots in 2 EV steps has been added.
The choice to turn [Off] the High ISO NR feature has been added.
Improvement of the image quality in high ISO setting.
Improvement of the auto white balance and D-Range Optimizer performance.
Improvement of reliability for communication between camera body and vertical grip.

*note
However lot of users with v4 had reported inaccurate awb after upgrading the firmware....
especially indoor where the effect is more pronounced.
one of the way is to use cwb or k temp.
Other than this ..there no other major complaints i knw of so far

if u shoot in raw and using lightroom 2 or sony software, adjustment of wb is a piece of cake...
if shooting jpeg solely...customization of wb is very impt....however once u get used to it, should be ok
v3 do not have the wb problem, it the v4 version

the awb is a small issue, i simply use cwb now. only peeve for me is the af feedback is now so soft most times i can't hear it. and unless its psychological, the af indicator is dimmer too...

I ended up using K-temp now, well, it's a small issue to me as well because I primarily go full manual on my camera almost all the time. :)

i haven't had issues with sandisk or kingston cf cards. not sure abt lexar though... and i have not heard of this issue before, i doubt if its the firmware issue, may be the cards. one more thing, always format the card in the camera before each use. so far i've never had problems with corrupted pics or faulty card performance, from the 5d,7d,a700.
