I saw pictures from CS, taken at Punggol. I am not sure how did they manage to taken the moon and the surrounding area in such way. I did try before, but the moon in my shoot don't have the details I saw in their picture. Done using HDR?

Could be double or triple or more exposure combined .. 1) Focus on moon, 2) focus on trees, 3) longer exposure for moon glow.

Orangy color could be due to WB used.

yup..usually if u try to take a normal pic like that..the moon will turn out as one white ball..cuz to get the exposure of the surrounding will take in quite a lot of light..

but i must say it is very interesting and nice ;)

the moon is supposedly the largest every 17th and 18th day of the lunar month.

Wow, how do you even capture the moon? What lens would you even use to begin with? I assume a 200mm and above lens? I have the 75-300mm lens but the aperture on it isn't all that great. I think i would need at least a f/2.8 to get a good shot of it. You think?

I am saying it's double exposure .. because the DOF doesn't seem right.. ?

EyeCapture, on contrary, you stop down, instead of shooting wide open..

I'm a bit confused. Why would you want to stop down than to shoot wide open? I would think that the Moon wouldn't be bright enough to capture it, or would it??
