*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

I wish there were transition lens (as filter)
as in the type worn as glasses? hmm.. i think exposure control would become a challenge, though i don't wear glasses i know they not only block uv but also cut out light intensity.

Yes, as in glasses.

I bet there will be intensity lost, but not as obvious/significant as polarise filter.

at least w the CP you can control the intensity. with transition type lenses you are at the mercy of the lens :) good for the eyes, bad for photography.

Me just received my Kenko Pro1D Protector 55mm from Ebay for abt $20++
not bad.

Thinking to buy one UV version for my Beercan.
abt $30++

UV version is more expensive than the Protector version.

call them to find out loh. got a shop sometime got advantage, easier to deal and if got problem got someone to talk to directly.
