Sony launches Alpha 230, Alpha 330 and Alpha 380

Sony unveils four new lenses

I am not so excited about new camera body, but maybe for new comer and users of A100. I do find new lenses is a good news, for those with tight budget.

Come on, where is the rumoured A800 or whatever they called it. . .

The new bodies and lenses certainly is targeting the new DSLR-users, especially the 50mm f1.8 prime.

Can see potential owners of the new bodies mounting the DT primes once its launched here. . .

we can wait..... a wise sage once advised many moon ago that survival is of paramount importance...he also predict the retailers/manufacturers will dump the lens at a rock bottom price.... since then i been holding out and painfully see the price at the lowest point raise to current highest level.....mabbe like stock and share...what go up will come down too.

I'm hoping at getting a new body to replace my current A300. A700 has a good feel but its pretty much an old model. The rumored A800 are a no-go, more likely a face-lift of the A700. So its like either to buy A700 brand new or 2nd hand.

beside the reduction in size and weight and fps
we will also be contribute to energy saving...
using the new batt Lithium-Ion battery pack NP-FH50.
we will be helping to conserve energy and saving on electricity bill
existing A300 and A350 yield abt 740 and 730 shots had now been changed to 510 and 500 shots
