To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

My favorite of all for indoor shoot would be 135, 85mm, 50mm and 35mm. I shoot mostly wide open or at f2 and the ISO is max up to 3200 (6400 occasionally) and typical dark indoor I would be shooting around 1/30sec with SSS at 6400.
Eh sorry to ask..you shoot with SSS off with when ya shutter speed is faster than 1/30secs?

I use Adobe Camera Raw for my RAW conversion and no noise reduction software is used.

The trick is not to shoot under but need to shoot just right or 1/3 stop more than you need. You just need to know your camera a little better in order to do so.

Its my pleasure to share. The different between me and you guys is not that I am talented or anything. It is just I shoot a lot more frames every week than most of you. The more you do and understand what you do (right or wrong) will make you a lot more competent.
