I have following questions.
Where do i obtain a yatch license in singapore? What is the average cost of the overall learning process?
Is there an age limit?
It'll be even better if there are links provided.

best way to get any ppcdl licence is to approach the sailing clubs. they will assist you in getting one. you can try to check their websites for pricing.

www.csc.org.sg
(i am not a member of any of these clubs)

jon at spba is very good instructor.

for luxury yacht up to 70ft(unless they change) you will require a ppcdl.

above that length you will need upgrading.and further licence but i am not sure what. most boats 100ft or so have professional skippers and crew that handle the boat, the owner just relax and chill.
