Trying my hand at another photoshop. Got an inspiration from TV show :)

Was undecided to leave remove or to leave the background texture on the plain background...
Nice colors. Can tell this one very difficult to PP so that the borders are not so obvious. Wanna post for PP challenge? Hahaa

Nice effects - an additional pointer is to try to layer your watermark in as a part of the canvassed image - else it would look like it's floating above... that's my two cents' thought that is. :)

Though do note about the composition of this one - if the emphasis is on the eyes, do play with putting them on one of the intersections of the upper thirds... this would mean lesser forehead and revealing a bit of the neck and shoulders. :D

Thanks Excel-glsi, Kingfishers, Light, Zapper. I am now more inspired and motivated!

Took me a few hours to get this whole picture done. Used a picture from TV show as reference and followed some instructions from book, that's why so long.. haha..

Borders, is simple use layer mask. Hide/Unhide with black/white colors. Lines around model use lower opacity % when brushing.

DI Challenge on model, complicates on the model release issue, and quality of works by others, etc, so it will be difficult. Will you try if I use a bird photo instead?

Thanks for the pointers. Valid :)

About composition, maybe cut the the model head a bit and move a bit to the left?
Maybe it's me.. personally, do not like to cut too much of the head while leaving too much space for neck and chest.. It's like chopping her "brain off"

Yeap bro, roughly there... and yeap afraid by doing that we'd end up cutting the forehead open, like eating monkey brain... :coming:

That is part of putting the eye on the third. :) some flying hair in this case would be good - flying hair can become the opposite third giving balance to the other side of the photo, though asian hair is thick and heavy, would be much hard to make it fly compared to caucasian hair.
