*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

Wonder what the sensor size would be, and if it can use Alpha mount lens...
Even if it can take A-mount lenses, I would not go for this cam due to the electronic viewfinder.

The Panasonic GF 1 indeed is marvelous small and handy with the leica lens is even more formidable, Sony really have to pull up their sock,if they still wanted the share.

The GF 1 may be small and handy but imagine mounting a long zoom lens. It will be imbalanced. At least this is how my friends and I felt after some discussions.

SONY probably interested in the idea of introducing a compact camera with inter-changeable lens. To use back the alpha mount will be a challenge if small size is the one of the main design criteria. May follow the steps of micro 4/3, new lens and mount but existing alpha lens can be mounted on it via adapter.
