I think can consider a flash light for the beginning,it really help alot on the portrait as well.The feeling will be there. |

I personally feel that the beercan would be more important to me than the flash, so i guess i would get the beercan first |

Considering the 70-300mm instead, since there is more demand for the beercan. I have noticed that their prices have hit $500 already. What do you guys think about me getting the 70-300 instead of the beercan? |

The image quality is no where near the beercan unless you are referring to the big beercan. But I still find the pictures from the beercan more contrasty and the colours are awesome. There are still some going for below $500 if you can find one. |

You are talking about the G lens? Quite nice. I have it, and myphotoshop borrowed it for F1 and he was pretty impressed by it.
