*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

so uh... this being my first camera that can shoot tethered.... what do i need (both hardware and software) to shoot tethered? and how do i go about doing it lol.

CAMERA: inside ur camera's menu setting - set ur camera to Remote PC mode

COMPUTER: just install the "remote Camera control" from the CD that comes with your camera. then connect camera to PC via usb cable.

the rest is rather idiot proof when you run the program - it will look immediately familar. Basically it's the camera's layout on the computer screen.

Do keep your USB cable to 5 meters and below...
