*Flashing News*Email trigger on Alphadslr forum is now working.

To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

Finally process my photo from Mount Everst Base Camp. It is really freezing cold at the BC. That aside, the ME is really a sacred mountain and really magnificent. Weather has been kind to me and allowed me to have a great view of ME. Sorry if the photo not too well taken as it is really too cold to hold the camera properly and was catching my breath.

- For tracking individual thread, click on "Track Topic" at bottom page when viewing the thread.

Can share what's the temperature up there at the BC and if your Alpha got any issues (fog, batt, etc...).

Thanks. I am really very lucky. Basically, I have no problem with my Alpha. It is quite dry there so no issue of fogging. As for the cold weather, advisable to have ur battery fully charged as you might have problem charging at the BC.

To get to the BC, it is best to get the local tour to do all the arrangement for you. You will need a permit to go up.

Wooh. U are the envy. You must be very in very good physical condition. Bet the experience will last you a life time. How long did you prepare yourself mentally and physically before this trip.
