Thanks whitewolf, I'm using Tamron 200-500mm on A550, For PP, I only crop, resize some contrast adjustment and minor sharpening.

Beautiful Mr Oink... as leslie40sail told me " Very Addictive " hehehehe

Any suggestion if I were to use 70-200mm f2.8... Meaning if I want to have a closer shot...
Will TC 1.4x or TC 2.0x work with the lens?

I do not own the 70-200 but any lens can do birding. Just need to get close enough. I tried with 50mm & 105mm before.... Haha very challenging , like a hunter..creeping up to e bird.

Hi Leslie,

Thanks for the ID, I was browsing through the woodpecker family, and I saw that the female Streak-breasted Woodpecker looks alike too.
