To setup the email trigger for your account:
Just go to preference, select "Email & Subscription Settings" and Topic/Forum subscription alert type as "Alerts by email"..

For thread tracking, you need to manually enable it for each thread. Once you're viewing a thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the option "Track Topic" which appears to the left of the Board Time.

From the page that loads you can select the notification type you want.

When the female photg did came over to shoot the pelican, she walked upright
towards the birds thus spooking them to fly off.......

Shouldn't one try to keep a low profile, using the trees & scrubbery as cover........... :firegun:

The mudbank between Chinese Garden MRT & Lakeside MRT was more difficult to shoot
as the birds could spot you coming....and fly off.....

nice capture on the pelican.....the women photog is an idiot and have no etiquette.
if you shoot long enough you WILL come across idiots like her. you are right keep a low profile.
