Hi, I am going to the airshow this coming saturday 6 Feb, I'll bring along my A330 for photo-taking. What is the recommended setting for taking photo for the static aircraft display and the indoor exhibition? Sorry...I am a newbie to DSLR as I ask some stupid questions. I'll even bring a camcorder for recording the flying display action.

Hi Chua, all of us are still learning to take great photos. good to ask questions. If you are taking static aircraft display just use "P" mode and should take care of any problem. ASA set to 100. Good to shoot in RAW mode. As for indoor exhibition, it all depend on the lens you used. If you have a F2.8 lens no flash is required. Just set to "A" mode to F2.8 and all should be fine. If used flash set to M mode. Speed 100 and Aperture F5.6. Asa 100. All depend on lighting and make necessary aperture adjustment. Cheers.
